Patty is the first person most people will meet at the office. She is Dr. Kaus' office manager. She has over 20 years experience in the dental field working in both the back office and now front office. She has worked in orthodontic, endodontic and periodontal offices over her career -giving her valuable experience. She will help you with your treatment plans and scheduling your appointments and is an expert at helping answer any insurance questions.
Teri is Dr. Kaus' lead assistant. She too has over 20 years experience as a dental assistant. Her extensive knowledge of dental procedures and her caring personality helps to insure patients will have a pleasant experience at the office.
Dr. Kaus has four hygienists that work in the office. Dr. Kaus has had his teeth cleaned by all of them and is grateful to have such a talented group of professionals working with him.
Dr. Kaus' Staff
Dr. Kaus was born and raised in the small town of Chadron, Nebraska. He attended Chadron State College where he earned his bachelor degree. He graduated Dental School from the University of Nebraska Medical College of Dentistry in 1998. He return to Chadron and purchased the dental practice of his childhood dentist. In 2006 he decided to leave the cold winters of the Midwest and settled in Phoenix. In 2007 he purchased the practice of Dr. John Mehlem, where he currently practices. He feels fortunate to be able to practice in a "big city" office that has a long history of treating patients as if in a "small town".
Dr. Kaus has two children that are almost grown. He enjoys spending time with his wife and family, outdoor activities, and trying to stay in shape. And as with all Nebraskans - following his beloved Huskers!
